DESCRIPTORS - Within ONE activity - Do you add them?

For instance, in the Washing and Bathing Activity, my wife registers 2 points on descriptors b,c, and d, 3 on descriptor e and 4 points on descriptor f.

Does she just score 4 using the highest valued descriptor or 13 adding up the scores she gets for each descriptor.

Urgent please as appeal stage imminent.

Only the highest scoring descriptor is counted in each activity so in your example 4 points will be the score
