Hi Charlie

Normally the decision letter will tell you
Is this due to a review or tribunal decision ?

I haven’t had a decision letter yet I had a phone call after a reconsideration

CockneyRebel

Ah OK
You may well get the back dated money before the letter arrives. Sometimes they do act quickly Just keep an eye on your account

Ok thank you

I don't wish to be difficult but I do not think that using an email address as a nickname is suitable as it could potentially cause the person concerned issues. Perhaps a moderator should have pointed this out and suggested a new login and nickname?

I have changed the title of this discussion so it's not an email address.
