Hi valleyboy and welcome
Usually 2-4 weeks following an assessment
However it is recommended that you ask for a cpy of the report 2-3 days after assessment

@CockneyRebel I got assessed on the 7th of December so that is 4weeks tomorrow
Anyway I received a letter of pip which may I remind was dated the 26th of December saying they had all the information and no need to do anything AS I'll hear in due course,Hope it ain't 4weeks from the 26th of December -
You will have to make an allowance for the Holiday slow down, so could be 6 weeks. Still a good idea to ring for the report

Is it worth requesting the report as by time I get it I might have received my decision by then..
Also who do I contact to request the report? -
You should ring the DWP office dealing with your claim.
It is worth asking for the report, when you ring they may be able to tell you if a decision has been made but also you will need it in case you want to dispute your award or just for your records for next time
