I was wondering if anyone else had heard that the company who assess your pip forms are given a cash incentive for refusing people.
I was with a friend the other day filling in a form with an advocate who told me this and that once refused they go to court and 80% of claims are overturned by the judge..

Hello marsh and welcome
There are lots of rumours and mistruths
Assessment companys DO NOT refuse people. AP's make recommendations to the DWP on medical matters. The DWP Decision Maker Is the person that makes the decision on what if any award is given.
If a claim ends up in front of an appeal trubunal approx 60-65% are successful
