There is no heating allowance associated with PIP
There is the warm homes discount scheme that you can apply for if you don't qualify automatically but usually this has to be done in the autumn as the schemes close very quickly

@Gavin1992, the warm front discount scheme is ran by the bigger utility companies and if you are claiming certain benefits you can be awarded a £140 discount off your electric bill paid in January. Ring your supplier to find out if you's does it and how to apply it's an easy tick box form
