hello.just had a work assesment form drop thru letterbox,been on ESA support group last 13 months with 15 points mobility 6 points washing dressing,,could not get pip ,,,so i have to show again not fit to work at 64 yrs old ,with hypertension blood pressure ,arthritis ,pre diabetic and spine pelvis problems ,,,that took  47 years of work? to aquire,any info what to put on a form the doctor could anwser in 2 mins ?

What is your retirement date ?

Fill in ESA form as best you can, assesssments are taking some time to come through. When you do get a date you should then ask for it to be recorded. This could have the effect of delaying until after retirement.

Can you clarify where you are with PIP ?
This again is relevant to retirement
