This u turn that the government is making, it says the dwp will be looking at the claims again, what about the ones who are in the process of a tribunal, does this mean we've all got a bit of hope, anyone know anything about this. Thank you, never.

I was wondering about this.  I have been waiting for over 8 months for my appeal date - is this going to push us ever further back?

    Have posted elsewhere but...

    1) Depends on your date of claim. If for example you claimed before the quashed regs were originally introduced then your appeal hearing has to look at the regs as they were before the (now quashed) amendments were introduced.

    2) Whether or not you specifically raised overwhelming psychological distress as part of your claim in relation to PIP mobility.

    3) What evidence you have to support your case.
