I recently lost my PIP after the ridiculous interview in which the woman basically lied about my illnesses..! I am appealing, but since then I was struck down with a spinal infection, after 2 weeks hospital stay, I'm at home having daily IV antibiotics.I informed them & now trying to do a new appeal but I'm getting confused as to what's happening. .can anyone help as I'm getting quite stressed x thanks

Hi Lilian and welcome
When did you receive your decision ?
Have you had a mandatory reconsideration ?

An MR is the first stage of the appeal process, normally within one month of your decision.
Have you submitted an SSCS1 to appeal to the tribunal ?
From what you have said, you have done so and now received the bundle of evidence used.
If this is correct you should first check that all your evidence is included and then use this to prepare your own submission
