ESA support group

My husband just been given e and s in support group, but before that he has been my carer collecting carers allowance. When he recieved his statement from department of work n pensions . On it they say he's in the support group but he has other money coming in ie carers allowance so all we will get of e and s is 114.95 a week is this correct . He's in the support group due to his mental health . They move him from the work related activity group. I don't think it's correct , but not got round to calling them.
