Now that the DWP have lost the case on pip for mental illnessess.
Do we need to contact DWP to find out if we are entitled to have our claim checked.

yes you do because they will take there time.1

They say they gone check all 1.6 million claims and have employed extra staff to do it but will still take them forever so it can’t hurt2

i was wondering this, i am waiting to go to tribunal would these cases be heard first as it will cost more money1

Awful what people have experienced during these changes
It cannot bring back the ones who suffered most and affected victims and their friends and families lives too
Such a relief this is now helping those who suffer enough
I really hope people are alright asap1
