Each claimant is different even with the same or similar conditions functionality will vary. You aim when making a claim is to show that you meet the various descriptors so understanding the points system, descriptors and criteria for an award is vital.CR

Having upto date medical evidence of you medical condition and treatment and how it effects your daily living and mobility is a good start. The main thing is filling in the form as what you put down in the pip form will be questioned at your acessment and you will have to give justification to the answers you wrote in your form as to why you can or cannot do the activities to a reasonable and repeatable standard in a certain amount of time to score points the same goes for the mobility part of the acessment, I hope this information has been of some help to you it blunt ant to the point better to be up front than give you false hope.

If you do supply evidence make sure it is relevant if you want them to read it, more is not always better. Do not rely on DWP or AP contacting any GP or specialist.CR
