I was on full mobility and then put down to standard if I got a Dr hospital consultant to say my condition had worsened,and suggested I need help with mobility could I apply at 69 to go back on top rate..

You have to appeal the decision to lower your mobility award don't delay inform DWP you intend to appeal. Have you got read your acessment reported to see why your mobility award was lowered. It maybe you did not fit the descriptors for full mobility. Please contact scope for help and advice from the experts ASAP.0 -

I was awarded pip 2014 in 2015
the assessor dropped points on mobility walking with a gate.
