From 2008 up until jan 2017 i was my wifes carer then it was stopped until her pip was sorted out ( still wait for that to be done) but she still needs the care im giving her has other people had this done to them as well ..

I'm not an expert in this field, but there are others here who will be and who will get back to you as soon as possible. And, you name it, people have had it done to them! You will find plenty of 'fellow sufferers' here.
Can I ask you what stage you are at with PIP, what has happened so far?
