Hi asouthwood and welcome
ESA is for people who are unable to work due to illness or disability
PIP is for people that need help with daily living and mobility
You can receive PIP even if you work full time

On Esa you can apply permitted work up to 16 hours both benefit are not test meaning and as the comment above you are allow full time on pip.0
