What is the Minimum Income Guarantee and how is it calculated?

After my adult daughter assessment we were asked to complete a financial assessment which we did. The conclusion of this is that my daughter has to pay £15.00 plus. But this is calculated with a Minimum Income Guarantee figure. Can you advise how this is calculated?

Thank you for this whistles. It is the correct basic information but it doesn't tally with the MIG that the LA have arrived at. I am waiting for their specific working out. It is confusing!0
