I haven't had chance to read the assessment report yet.
Care- 4 points no award
Mobility-12 for mobility
Its until 2021, so review six months before.
ESA letter dropped on the mat at the same time as I also lose my SDP. The is it linked question that I posted, yep it is and they are on the ball about it too. I have a months grace to organize my finances- really appreciate that.

Do MR they are failing everyone its absolutely disgusting. I do not know how they come to there decisions. Good luck if you do a MR.

Actually I'm not going to and I must be one of the odd people who isn't. I will be getting reviewed in two years. I don't want the stress and anxiety of doing the MR which could take the best part of this one.
The assessor said I was low risk care and we know that's been dropped. I had insight into my condition so could reduce my own risk further.
He also said he couldn't consider the help I needed that's not covered. DLA looked at you as a whole person day and night, this just sees you in the day.

My assessment report said the same, cannot consider that’s not covered.
I appealed and won my was.
Have to say though the stress and anxiety was overwhelming.
I award is for 2 years not the 5 originally given so swings and roundabouts.
Hindsights a wonderful thing.
