a thought ?during assessment you can have someone with you be it, family or friends? but the acesser do not want others there an answer i had from dwp was that person is biased towards you and will back you up a thought ??after the assessment get them to write a report as it happened and questions actions taken go to solicitor and have it sworn ?max 30quid ?if you then are refused go for mr and include that statement with papers ??also pointing out if aceser was reg and able to acess
