Hi everyone, I'm in the process of a mandatory reconsideration, I have sent all that I need to plus a 5 page letter about the medical report which was mostly untruths and upset me a great deal.
Now I am thinking that they will have got everything for a reconsideration as it has been 3 wks since I sent,
then a couple of days ago I received another capability for work form and may have to do a face to face!! Which I have already done.
please help if possible
Thank you

Hi
im not really sure why you have another questionnaire, I’m not up on the benefits system really.
but I would call the scope helpline first , be scared to call DWP.
Sorry I can’t help further.

Hi
It might be that they have looked at the first report and found it not fit for purpose, in which case a new assessment will be needed
Or it could be a clerical error
The only way to find out is to ring the DWP
