in Start here and say hello!
I have suffered lower back pain, nerve pain and muscle spams for the past 15 years, due to 3 ruptured prolasps discs...i have spent time in the Pain management clinic, have tried so many different treatments over the years..i have had faccet joint injections, botox injection i to the spine also..
10 years ago i had a RTA and broke my pelvis and flaired up so much pain i couldnt hardly bare it..
I walk now, which is a blessing but have so much pain i cannot enjoy my life...

As I usually say to new members, you are in a safe place here and are among friends. Don't be shy of telling us anything or asking us anything, if it might in any way help us to help you.
