Possible medical retirement

I am going through ill health or possibly medical retirement from my job as a postie i have had 2 discs removed and now been diagnosed with degenerative spinal disease so any advice would be welcome

If you are unlikely to return to employment then you should start to prepare for claiming benefits
ESA or UC depending on your area is the benefit for people unable to work due to sickness or disability
