Back to work

I am no expert in this kind of matter - but I also have arthritis.
I was always advised by a doctor and employers that I should not be at work if it was going to cause me to feel worse - basically if you aren't feeling great at home anyway, but work wont worsen your condition - then you are ok.
But as I say I am no expert you should probably consult with your GP.0 -
Thanks for your reply0

Hi @YAMYAM
Hope you are well.
sorry to hear about your situation. I would advise you to contact ACAS on 0300 123 1100, who will be able to offer you some legal advice on your rights, any action you can take to and also whether any adjustments could be made by your employer to allow you get back to work.
Hope that helps, and let us know how you get on0 -
