I recieved 12 points on my mobility .but did not get anything.

    Hi @kinetic1 and welcome to the community. Very glad to have you.
    I'm not one of the benefits advisors here, but we do have them and they will be in touch with you as soon as possible. The weekend/Easter may slow things down a bit, but bear with us and the best people to do so will get back to you.
