Should I apply for mobility?

Hi I’m new to this I have suffered with severe depression and severe anxiety for years I don’t leave my house I have a 1 year old son I also have a pacemaker fitted to my bladder to her me go to the toilet I also have severe bowel problems and I only got high rate care and nothing for mobility but my problems have got worse my doctor has wrote a letter stating I can’t do london transport at all can anyone help should I apply for the mobility will I get it or am I wasting my time thank u

I have done this test before and it came out high care and high mobility but I only got high care they never took into account my mental health0

When did you get your decision letter ?
Did you ask for an MR/Appeal ?
You have one month from the date on your decision letter to ask for MR
If you are out of time and you have an award in payment then you can only apply for a change of circumstance if you have a new or worstened condition
