taking the train company to court

hi everyone just an up date, im taking a train company to court because they left me on the train, long story,well it has gone stright to cardiff crown court to a judge, i should hear back in a couple of weeks,  also my £12.50 a week intrest is not being payed any more,for my house, but luck must be on my side, i have a buyer, yesssss. yippy yippy
