    There is no connection between most of ESA and PIP. Lots of people correctly get one not the other. There’s no automatic inconsistency in that. Having a specific medical condition is irrelevant. What PIP is looking for is whether you need aids/appliances, assistance or promoting to perform specific activities whereas ESA is looking at whether you can safely and repeatedly do different activities in a work context. Two wholly different things.
