I am 64 years of age and am now suffering with severe osteoarthritis and can not work. I am now being assessed and am claiming ESA I will be 65 in October and I am way short in my NI contributions to get a full pension and I need advice as to what benefits that I am entitled to. I was told by the DWP that I could either claim ESA or pension credits. I don't understand the implications so some good advice would be most welcome

Hi CR thank you for the information I will take a look at the link. I do already get the highest rate of PIP but it’s always good to keep updated.
