Hi all I am a bit of a senior citizen and have a couple of auto immune health issues, I also had a bad accident in 2016 which has left me unable to bear more than 40/50% weight on my left leg, not complaining as it could be so much worse, I could be blind, I help out on quite a few websites regarding mental health and physical disabilities.
I joined here as being able to communicate with like minded people is really helpful to me, sharing our good and bad days keeps us grounded as well as may be helps others as well.
So thats more or less me.
Thanks for reading

Hello @AlexandriaUK Pleased to meet you. Welcome
Thank you for sharing your story.
I live on my own and do know we all need to support each other in the community.
Understand you have had many health issues. I have disability and mental issues. Mainly anxiety and depression.
We all of us need to care and share.
Make new friends.
Need to listen and learn. Debate and deliberate.
Hope to help and advise.
Take care
