my DLA stopped in feb and I was given 4 weeks notice before that to claim PIP. I had an assessment and got refused and awarded nothing so losing our car as well. I have applied for an appeal as the assessors report had many lies and discrepancies but my main question is when the desicion letter arrived they said my FAL had ended as of 6 th nov 2017 (my birthday) but my assessment was not until 21st december 2017.
How can they stop a benefit before you even  have a f2f assessment?
