I won my tribunal

I was only awarded a mere 4 points at my medical assessment. That was increased to 19 at the tribunal. 9 whole nine months of going without the money I used to get.
How disgraceful? A deliberate false report to deny me what I could rightfully claim.

Hello @Juanita007 Pleased to meet you, congratulations on winning your appeal.
I agree with what you say. The whole assessment procedure is never easy and the hurt and anger you feel.
Being in the situation of having less money. Caused heart break and untold misery.
Understand this.
Take care
