I suffer really bad asperger's and often upset people how can I deal with my emotions better

@Gparr80 my sister has the same and if people get to know you as a person and understand your asperger’s then they will know you dont really mean it in a bad way, at least with my sister i get a truthfull answer i dont get a sugar coated one lol but because i know her i know how to take it. Hugz xx3

Thanks I always get ratty with my partner and I cry cos I hate it I also hate changes and not persuing things I need to do it just takes over my head I'm only 37 x0

Why do you worry about upsetting people. If they understand you (or try to) they will know you don't mean it. It's not our fault we communicate with them differently. They should be happy that you tell the truth and are direct with them ?
