Hello everyone,
I'm being referred to a organisation called SPA which is The Single Point of Access. All I know is they are a sister organisation of Insight health care. Can anyone tell me a little more about them or what they offer?
Thank you

Hi @SugarCoated, how are you doing?
Are you comfortable sharing your location? If so, I might be able to find some more information about your SPA service myself! -
Hi @Pippa_Scope im from Calderdale, I got a call from IAPT services to make an appointment for a phone assessment which isn't for a few weeks so still have no idea what they are or about.
Thank you -
Hi again @SugarCoated, I found some information online about the SPA in your area and the service it falls under which you might like to read ahead of your phone assessment, and there's some contact details on there too. Hope this helps- it looks like quite a well received service!
