Over the last, I say 6 years, I developed.

Spinal Bifida       - Effecting lower back

Herniated Disc    - Effecting lower back and my right legs

Plantar Fascia      - Affect my left, maybe as result of back issues over the years.

Sciatic Pain         - Started about Xmas, 2017

 Acid Reflex         - Caused my Ibuprofen, if my back gets really bad.

-         Use Omeprazole to countact the painkillers but I always have a

Hello @lovejoywelsh and a warm welcome to the community. Very glad you have found us, but sorry to learn you have so much pain.
