Changed from DLA to PIP, went 17 months without any money

I had to change from HIGH RATE DLA to PIP. I was awarded a big fat ZERO. After the appeal procedure it went to a tribunal 17 months later! In the mean time I lost my mobility car, The hearing date finally arrived and I was awarded the enhanced rate of mobility. How can they take a high rate DLA to nothing with PIP? So, I was 17 months without any money. I wonder how much longer I will have to wait for my payment? If they over pay you they take it straight away and in most cases they take it before you have recieved a letter stating the fact. So it leaves you without anything.

How are you doing at present?
Warmest best wishes,

At least you have won your mobility back now and the arrears should be paid before too long.
