Financial Help for people with CP Starting their own business

I have be lucky enough as late to secure a position with a company in London who invest in disabled people with a business idea, as an employment adviser getting disabled workers back into the work place.

Does anyone know of any government grants or financial help for disabled business in the start up phase.
