Wheelchair sports in South Wales

I have recently become a wheelchair user, I am looking at different sports to try. I have been in touch with Disability Sport Wales, but there is not much around for Wheelchair user adults in South Wales, apart from Rugby or Basketball. I thought with Cardiff being Tani Grey Thompson’s Home town, there would at least be Wheelchair Racing of some kind.
Does anyone know of any clubs or activities for adult wheelchair users
Thanks
Julian

If you're looking for athletics, it might be good to get in touch with an Insport accredited club (this is an accreditation to recognise good disability inclusion), a list of which can be found here I think: http://www.welshathletics.org/get-involved/disability-athletics.aspx
It's very strange that DSW wouldn't put you on to one of them. Best of luck
