Hello and welcome @sharon77,
your condition sounds a real challenge but thankfully you can still communicate.
Can you still participate in things you enjoy or does you ailment prevent you now? Are there ways to make things easier for you being employed?
Hopefully things can be done to help you do the things you want and need, and maybe you'll show a genuine smile on the face now and then!
