Grants for disabled people looking to go on holiday

CS Disabled Holidays are offering grants of up to £2,000 (or 50% of the cost of holiday) for disabled people.

More information and application forms can be downloaded from the CS DIsabled Holidays website.

Forms must be signed off by an independent medical practitioner (such as a doctor or social health worker)
