We are at the tribunal stage with dwp, the latest letter states that pips are trying  to call the appeal invalid as they say due to an unsigned document by us, I don't know how this is. Has anyone else been in this situation and what was the outcome. My husband has focal seizures, surely they are overlooking the most important thing here. Besides the courts have all the proof we sent them, mri results etc. Can the courts still over rule them.
