I have a dx of fibro after nearly a decade of chronic pain and fatigue. Ive always struggled with my MH- PTSD, borderline personality dx more recently ive identified I have learning difficulties dyslexia and adhd which have greatly contributed to poor mental health over the years.
I take tramadol and pregabalin to function but have put on excess weight Im trying to lose. I have a background in dance ad fitness.
'Im proud of making it this far and recognise the need to have support from peple who understand aswell as sharing, me too, your not alone.
Im into energy healing, spirituality, and bringing more joy in my life.
