in Start here and say hello!
Im a 61 yr old Grandmother who has struggled with spinal disability on my own since 1993, i have degenerative disc disease, have recently had an operation on my cervical spine and a cage inserted but sadly i have Myelopathy, with Malacia, incomplete paralysis of arms, hand and legs and all the usual incontinence sexual dysfunction that goes with it, looking forward to discussions with you all x
