My name is Ian 38 years old and here to make friends and I have cerbal palsy and manic depression I live on my own

    Do you have any ideas to improve waiting times and other aspects of Outpatients?  I am trying to make NHS England listen to US ! So would welcome any comments on https://aftercancers.com/the-ideal-outpatients/
