How to repair mobility scooter

I am a carer for my husband and he is having trouble in finding an engineer to repair his mobility 
scooter its a Cobra G4 can anyone help me please he is lost without it

Welcome to the community. Did you purchase the scooter privately?

Yes since October last year it was fine then two weeks ago the lights are flashing on the dash and the scooter slows down and stops I have tried to contact Cobra but they will only talk to traders but I cannot find a trader for the scooter
