Hi Ratty, I had my knee replacement done a couple of years ago and I no how painful it can be, I have not had any further treatment done to the original replacement, but when I got home after surgery I really over did my exercises and I was told to reduce the amount I was doing I was so worried about scare tissue forming over the knee, what problems do you have with your knee0
