Hi Guys, Just wonder if anyone has a thoughts on my question. My pip ends 28th of December and i havent had a renewal form through. I could call them but id hate to hurry them up. Any help would be great. X

Hi,It sounds like your PIP award was given by a Tribunal, am i correct? If so then some Tribunal decisions have ends dates, rather than review dates. This means that DWP PIP will contact you 3 months before your award is due to end and ask if you wish to continue to claim PIP then you need to ring to ask them to send you another form. This form will be like the first one you filled in, rather than the shortened review one. If a decision hasn't been made by then time your end date arrives, your money will stop. If a decision goes in your favour then your money will be backdated to the day it stopped.

Hi Poppy, Thank You so much for reply which has made things clear. Yes, I do go to tribunal to get the correct rates. I will contact them next week to request those forms. Thanks again for you much needed advise. X

It maybe a little early to contact them as it's only mid August. They usually contact you 3 months before the award is due to end.
