It was approx 4 months from request to move from DLA to pip awarded. Then a further approx 6 weeks MR.  Then approx 6/8 weeks for appeal request, which DLA re considered award and stopped apeal.  Started Dec 17 final award Aug 18, and that's cause I didn't have to go to court may of added another 6/12 months on.

    Hi,
There's no timescales, it's really depends on backlog in your area. Evidence should have been sent with the claim form, did you do that? Hopefully you won't be waiting too long. Good luck.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
