How long does it take to receive a Statement of Reasons?

Welcome to Scope's online community! It's great to have you on board.
Our benefits advisors wrote a handy breakdown of the Statement of Reasons process on another community discussion, which may be of interest to you.
In terms of how long it takes, they find, in their experience, that it can take up to 12 weeks for the written statement to be sent out.
I hope this helps. If you have any questions then please do get in touch!
