Hi everyone thank you for taking the time to read. I am Sophie, I'm from Nottingham and I have 2 sons aged 6&9. My 9 yr old has Spina bifida and some other learning disabilities, which make it very difficult for him to socialise. Could anybody suggest somewhere maybe local to me? or point me in the direction of somewhere that we could maybe go, where he could socialise with children similar to him? He is still in main stream school ATM and have just started the ehcp nightmare, so I'm not holding out much hope that he will be in an additional needs school anytime soon. He is also having surgery the 11th September. Thank you again Sophie xx

Hi @sophie1989, I am sorry to hear that your son is struggling. I hope the community are able to help with suggestions. Have you contacted the LA or a social worker? They may have a list of support available
I have found that Nottingham do have a riding for the disabled group which may be worth looking intoScope
