hi I am new at all of this
I have been awarded pip and applied on March this year
I have been receiving lower rate on DLA for 16 years
now I have been told I won’t be entitled to back pay as already receiving DLA
but the lady on the phone said I could go for mandatory review and that may help and I may get some back pay ..?
Has anyone else tried this ?

Sorry but there is No backdating payments from DLA to PIP. You will be wasting your time pursuing this any further.0
