Hi all I wonder could somebody give me some advice.
I applied for pip in 2015 for the same reasons as I have now but never recieved any points for planning a journey although I cant and havent for a few years and find it extremely difficult to go out will the new ruling effect me or is it only those who applied from nov 2016 on .

    Hi,
    It wouldn't apply to you because you applied in 2015 and the original descriptor hadn't been changed at that point.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
    If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
