Hi I wonder if somebody can offer some advice. My husband is due to have a foot and lower leg amputation.i have given up a full time well paid job to look after him but fear I won't be able to do it alone. A lady at the hospita tried to explain to me about a payment from the council towards some help we may need now that I am unemployed. Can anybody shine any light on this for me..... possibly how much you get!? Or how much care/Help the cost covers!? Thanks
